You really don't want to throw a party in a hotel room / suite ... trust me ...
Overnight hotel accommodations are for sleeping and relaxing .. not throwing a party. If you want to throw a party then rent the hotel's banquet space. Of course, they will require food and beverage minimums be met for doing so.
Most often throwing a party in a hotel suite will not only result in your being evicted, but in most cases arrests are made and etc.
PLUS you will not receive a refund .. and you will be responsible for all damages including any refunds the hotel gave to other guest for the disturbance.
Now yes, I'm sure that your guests wouldn't do anything like this .. but I am telling you from experience that people who do this and then invite friends / family over regret it in the end ... People don't believe that laws apply when you rent a hotel room .. but they do .. there are still curfews and disturbing the peace laws along with every other law that still exists. No one is exempt just because they rented a hotel room. So what happens is your guests feel that they don't have to drive .. its their time to let their hair down and CUT LOOOSE ... and loose they get ... and someone goes to jail. Seen it happen over and over.
SO what I am trying to say is that if you want to throw a party do it in your back yard .. why not ?? If that dont' work then rent the hotels banquet space (dont' try to sneak beer in there either - you will go to jail for that also .. the hotel has its liquor license to protect) or rent a banquet hall at the local VFW or other banquet facility .. that is what these spaces are for .. not hotel rooms.
Just a word to the wise.

No lodge enable you lease a room the place a huge occasion will happen that ought to disturb acquaintances or different visitors. a greater desirable determination could be just to have your team all meet at a close-by bar or pub.
