Because some people cannot live without drama. They must constantly have turmoil going on around them.
Sometimes it is just beacause they are bullies and need to be put in their place.

Because when they see people that's mining their own business and their Mary way doing what ever they're doing, Some stupid idiot takes it upon them selves to mess with the other person for no apparent reason because they are jerks that want attention

because that person is just being a bully and a really mean person!!! I hate it when ppl do that. Like if i am being really quiet, someone will annoy me by saying something like "why are you s quiet" its soo aggravating!!!
