Yo - I have some pet peeves like that too...I don't use the phrase, however. I guess you could be ecstatic...

I use that phrase when I want to get out of something really quick or do something mean to someone I despise the most

Never actually, but I try to imply it without words. It's possible to be:

ecstatic
gleeful
overjoyed

some other words I'm sure...
