New York State, finger lakes region, 40 and cold. Snowed yesterday. Buffalo got two foot of snow and there is an emergency there with downed power lines and no water. People are in shelters and many places are closed for the weekend. We didn't get any accumulation but it did snow quite heavily before it melted.
