Thoroughly understand the information you're presenting and keep it short and concise. Know your audience, speak at their level. Speak clearly and give eye contact!! If audio visuals are possible, use them. People retain more info if they see and hear what's being presented. Good luck....

Try the local "Toastmasters" in your area. They help people address public speaking fears, good speech making, etc.
