I am a muslim boy and she is a hindu girl. we became friends very soon & spent a lot of time chatting with each other especially at the canteen.we are staying in hostels. But due to the starting of ramzan i was not able 2 communicate her often bcoz our interval timings become different. After her class college bus will come within 5 minutes and she will left for the hostel. The only time which we get is our lunch time. But as i am taking fast i am not able to chat at that time also. Meanwhile my roommate get touch with her and soon they became intimate friends. When she left 4 Bangalore for a tour 4 one week she called him from the station and also send some friendly messages but she did not call me nor send any messages. when i complained her about that she replied that she did not get time to do so. I became angry and ask her that she had the time to call him but not me, she replied that if i am thinking her to be an insinciere friend then its ok. I also treat u like that.

i can understand you. my bf is in dubai now working there, because of the ramadan, he has a different work schedule now, for which i am struggling since we are in two different countries now, with a 5 hour time difference too. but it takes understanding and communication and open mind to keep the relationship going. maybe this is not her time yet to understand you and your religion and practices. or is she aware that you have your ramadan now? give it time. when things go wrong between her and your roomate, then maybe shell come running to you for advise or shoulder to cry on. i am not saying lets pray that they fight one day or have a misunderstanding, its just that this things are normal in a relationship. and when this things happen, you long for your friends for company. just be true to yourself and to her, hang on. continue to pray for her and be nice even when she is not. good luck. i believe you are a good guy. you havent done anything wrong too.
