a chevy convertible pickup?

i seem to remember that chevy or some other brand had a concept car a few years back that was a pick-up that had folding sides and/or roof that made it into an suv? did this concept become the avalanche or am i losing it? (note: i've already lost it, i'm just asking if im getting worse)

and no, i am not thinking of the ssr-i already know that that ugly car has a convertible's hardtop for the cab. i am trying to remember something over the BED of the truck.NO Tonneau or any other after market covers, please.

I remember that too......I thought it was the avalanche.....shoot, let me think about the commercial.....yeah it was the avalanche. Though I don't think they went forward with the open top idea. There is that other truck that looks like a concept car thrown back the the 30s or 40's, damned if I can remember the name though, there are only a few of them in town.

SSR. Very cool, very expensive, very impracticle. I wish I had the money to blow on one.
