You should probably tell her. I mean, if you were in her situation, Alzheimer's or not, I'd think you'd be pretty angry if no one told you. Not to mention it was an accident, so she'll probably go easy on you. You may not even have to pay that much for new ones, her insurance, if she has any, should cover the majority of the cost.

Ask her or whoever in charge of her well being if she has dental insurance -
Super glue or something comparable will work - Just be careful not to make a mess of it. (like apply glue with a needle or toothpick) ((no pun intended))
