I have a staff puppy and I used an actual carpet cleaner from a pet shop, I cant think of the brand but theres a few. Its a foam and the nozzle is full of brushes so you basically rub the foam into the carpet this kills bacteria, gets rid of the odour and its supposed to prevent the puppy from weeing in the same place.
If your trying to toilet train the pup then a crate is useful as this teaches them to hold their water when your out or through the night once you let the pup out take it outside and give a signal like 'weewee' and praise the dog afterwards it will eventually learn to wee outside. You should also take it outside after it has eaten.
Good Luck!

At 15 weeks old, a dog should already know that he is supposed to do that outside. Take a paper towel and dry that spot, then take that paper towel outside where you want the dog to go, and the dog will get the idea after a few times. The best way to get rid of the smell is to take a spray bottle and fill it with bleach and water and spray that area. The dog won't go near that area ever again. Train the dog to go every 4 hours and when he is older he will be able to hold it longer. Dogs can hold it no longer than 7 hours. If you don't wanna put the dog in a crate, you can buy pads where the dog can go when you are not home.

Hi, You could use X-O Plus, it is a odor neutralizer+cleaner. All natural and organic. It is also biodegradable* non-toxic*non flammable* and non-corrosive> This product carries a money back guarantee, and works wonderfully. I purchased this from QVC, T.V. net work. Possibly you could contact them to see if it is still available through them or try the web . Try a search for the product company, Don Aslett's Cleaning Center, located in Pocatello,Id. Good luck, and I hope this helps. This product does not leave any after odors at all.

a bit of lavender oil, also if you Can pull back the carpet and clean the floor underneath its no use just cleaning the carpet because the wee goes deep into the floor, another bit of advice never use bleach to clean up dog wee as the ammonia in it makes the dog wee more !!

White vineger. I know it sounds mad but it really does work. You will smell vineger for a while but after that fades, no wee smell. It should also stop the cutie weeing there in the future, apparently dogs hate the smell of vineger. I have tried it and it does work.

Train him to do his wees outside and use metho to get the stain out. If this is not helpful, then ask your dry cleaner. Dogs need to learn that the bathroom is outside! lol

put his food where he pees - animals don't do their do in their eating places - this will help with the peeing in the same place
As for the smell - speak to your vet if non of the above work - they are pretty good at advising what to use
