Animal control and the SPCA will be able to tell you about programs in your area. Some facilities offer low cost vet care, or know where to refer you. Ask them if they know of any vets that will take payments, they may know.
Good luck

You can call your local Human Society and ask them if they know of any sponsors or organizations that assist in paying Vet Bills. Usually not there are no such programs or grants. You will find help in getting your pet spayed or neutered...but most vets will tell you about Pet Health Insurance for assistance in Vet Bills...and in some cases pet life insurance is available. That's all I know...hope it helps.

i would look for pet insurance. often times they will pay for emergency care and sometimes certain vaccinations. and its really not that expensive.
