Natural yoghurt with muesli and chopped-up fresh fruit is always good, just mixed up together in a bowl. And it looks messy, so kids would love that aspect too! It also makes a good breakfast. You can also add sumflower/sesame/pumpkin seeds, nuts and/or a squirt of honey.

Depends on the age of the children but here's a couple of easy ones (I don't do difficult, I'm a working Mum!).
Strawberry chunks topped with fromage frais
- messy but good from 1 year old ish
juice ice lollies
- just wizz up some fresh fruit (and maybe some juice) in your blender and freeze the mixture in those ice-lolly makers you can get (if you're in the UK, Boots do a range on boots.com).
From 1 year - thinks its wierd at first because its cold, but then thinks its a massive treat when in fact sneaky Mum is getting fruit in them!
mini fruit muffins
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
- stir all these together in a bowl
1 egg
1/4 pint milk
1/8 pint vegetable oil
teaspoon vanilla extract
- whisk these together roughly in a cup (very rough amounts - basically it all adds up to about 3/4 of a mug full of fluid and that's about right)
chuck loads of frozen raspberries (crumbled up a bit or the muffins will fall apart) into the dry mixture and stir. Then stir the wet ingredients into the dry until they are just about combined (if you over-stir them you knock all the air out and get muffins that double as cricket balls!).
spoon the mixture into cup-cake cases or a muffin tray (makes 6 large or ker-zillions of petit-four sized ones) and bake for between 15 and 30 minutes on 180 degrees (the length of time depends on the size of the muffins). They're cooked when they're golden on top, and when you stick a knife in to it, it comes out clean. If you're not sure, turn the oven down a bit and bake for another few minutes.
Not especially healthy, but hey, they disappear fast and you know that there's nothing sinister in the way of e-numbers in them because you made them yourself. My boy coped with these in the little size (one in each hand!) from a bit over 1 year old, and is now very cross if he doesn't get the grown-up size.
Hope these help - if you want more ideas there are some great books around. Try the ones by Annabel Karmel.

Here is a recipe that I found that is healthy and made as a dessert for kids. It is like sorbet but it is more healthy. I hope it helps. Good luck!!
Very Berry Ice
Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries or raspberries*
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
1. Partially thaw frozen berries by setting them out in a bowl at room temperature just until slightly icy (about 20 minutes); do not drain thawed berries.
2. In a blender container combine berries, water, honey, and lemon juice. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Pour into an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.
3. Cover pan with foil. Place pan in the freezer and freeze about 6 hours or until mixture is firm. Remove pan from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Use an ice-cream scoop or spoon to scoop or scrape ice into serving bowls. Makes 6 servings.
*Note: You can use fresh strawberries or raspberries, if you like. Gently rinse fresh berries in a colander and drain. Remove stems and hulls from fresh strawberries with a table knife.

Stick lots of fruit (apple slices, grapes etc) into jelly before it sets. They'll never guess it's healthy ...
Or make a smoothie (strawberry and banana with bit of orange juice is nice) and freeze it into lollipops.
