The eggs will be fine. Expiration dates on dairy products are really meant as a time stamp for the store to remove them from their shelves (sell by date). The eggs would still be considered fresh for a couple of weeks past that date.
I'm sure I've had eggs long after the sell by date in my fridge and can't ever remember any problems.

You can still use eggs for like 3 days after expiration. They may get cloudy past that. Also, they won't work for their rising capabilities if you use them past the 3 days. That is the reason they are in some baked goods, even though it may call for baking powder. You won't have to freeze whatever, it will still be just like you baked anything else.

Yes, the expiration date on things tends to be earlier than the actual expiration to avoid lawsuits and stuff.
A good fresh egg should float in a glass of water, if it's rotten it'll sink, so you can tell without cracking them open and smelling the mess.

Eggs are usually fine long past the best before date, weeks even. You can check by putting the eggs one at a time in a bowl of water at least 4 inches deep. If they float to the top, they're no longer any good. If they stay at the bottom, they're still okay.

To test an egg for freshness drop it into a glass of water. if it stands on it's narrow end, it's not the most fresh, but can still be used safely. It is lays flat on the bottom it is fresh. If it floats or bobs up & down it's probably rotten.

YES USE THE EGGS, the expire date is suggested, i have use eggs three months old and they were fine, as long as they are kept cool, and do not have cracked shells, which you will know, the egg white will be dried out.

Yes, the eggs are still going to be ok. I believe you have a three day window where they are still ok after the date. But since you are not eating them as just eggs, I think it should be completely fine.
