why do i need to press f1 to boot up at start up?

my computer has allways booted up automatic but now i have to press f1 to finish it started after i put in a new cd/rom

check ur flopy drive cable in the main board it must be working so u wount get this boot message

You have to configure the booting sequence in your Bios.
