you are guilty of "absolute thinking." You do not "know nothing," and "everybody" has not been doing what you werent. If you were straight A up to a year and a half ago, and havent been flunked out or held back, youve been absorbing something just by showing up. Try to resume the study habits you recall, and find a good SAT prep course to take. Might not be able to recover all you p***ed away, but a good life lesson is worth a lot too.

You basically just have to commit yourself to it. Next time you're in a relationship learn to balance both. The world won't end if you don't spend 24/7 together and it will probably last longer. Otherwise you end up resenting that person for thing you miss out on or just plain get sick of them.

As for your SATs get some of those study guides and study. You can get them from the library too if you can't afford to buy them. Remember you can retake your SATs too. Work on getting your grades up too. They are a big part. You might want to look in to taking the ACTs as well. I got in to Brown University with good grades and a good ACT score. Didn't even send them my SATs.

We all have barriers in our lives and yours is this guy. You want to get through the twelth grade, get over him and go on. Easier said then done I know, but look at what you will be doing if you don't put those thoughts away for awhile. Love will come and go. When it comes to stay, you will know for sure. Guys are going to always be forthemselves, and only when it benefits them. Graduate, and remember, you deserve better.

You could learn better grammar to start. Try some professional help to get rid of that guy in your mind. After the counseling you should lock yourself in your room with books and let school takeover your life.

That was a very idiotic thing to do, by the way.
You should try and hire a tutor, straightaway. You brought this upon yourself, so you should try everything possible, no matter how expensive, to get yourself out of this rut.

Talk to your teachers and classmates for help, classnotes etc. See if there are any extra study groups you can join.

And get crackin' them books!
