Are there batteries made in the UK that'll work with a clock made in the US that requires a AA battery to run?

Does the United KIngdom made AA batteries that's work with products make in the United States? Never having been to Europe, I am unsure and could use some advice. Thanks!

Hi. I have a clock which i bought in LA. All batteries are available here in the uk. Dont worry.

An AA is an AA is an AA. That is an universal size. We (in the US) use Panasonic, Sanyo, etc. in most anything just the same as we use an American made battery, such as Rayovac or Duracell.
