Sacrilege! Don't even joke about a thing like switching to the other side. The literates have enough people on their side already!
But really, they demonize Pelosi because she is the devil... Oh, wait a minute. No! Hugo Chavez is the devil.... Oh, no, no. Now I remember. It's GW Bush that's the devil. Gee whiz! with so many devils going around, a guy can't be expected to get ALL his politics exactly straight ALL the time!

After all the bad publicity the Republicans have been getting, demonizing Nancy Pelosi is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back? What the heck has taken you so long to wake up and smell the coffee?
Did you know that President Bush referred to her as the Speaker of the House the other day? A Freudian slip or an omen?

Kinda sounds like Lenin: This is what she has said she would do. She doesn't mention anything about the war, abortion (baby killing), attacks on Christians and the homosexual agenda.
Day One: Put new rules in place to "break the link between lobbyists and legislation."
Day Two: Enact all the recommendations made by the commission that investigated the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
Time remaining until 100 hours: Raise the minimum wage to $7.25 an hour, maybe in one step. Cut the interest rate on student loans in half. Allow the government to negotiate directly with the pharmaceutical companies for lower drug prices for Medicare patients.
Broaden the types of stem cell research allowed with federal funds — "I hope with a veto-proof majority," she added in an Associated Press interview Thursday.
All the days after that: "Pay as you go," meaning no increasing the deficit, whether the issue is middle class tax relief, health care or some other priority.
To do that, she said, Bush-era tax cuts would have to be rolled back for those above "a certain level." She mentioned annual incomes of $250,000 or $300,000 a year and higher, and said tax rates for those individuals might revert to those of the Clinton era. Details will have to be worked out, she emphasized.
"We believe in the marketplace," Pelosi said of Democrats, then drew a contrast with Republicans. "They have only rewarded wealth, not work."
"We must share the benefits of our wealth" beyond the privileged few, she added.

One individual asked if Nancy Pelosi had an ozof intelligence. I replied that it replaced into greater like the molectular weight of Helium. Harry Reid is a bedwetting nebbish. he's nearly a drone bee in a hive it is grown plenty too great around him. Neither certainly one of them have the intelligence to additionally be embarrassed via their very own ineptitude and idiocy. undergo in strategies whilst Harry Reid created a furor over the (non) project of Rush Limbaugh employing the term phony infantrymen? Harry Reid have been given a Congressional letter of condemnation and sent it to Mr. Limbaugh who in his often smart vogue became the tables on the befuddled bedwetter Reid. Limbaugh offered the letter on Ebay for $2.a million million. Rush Limbaugh matched that quantity and donated the money to charity. And guess who takes credit for the money? Harry Reid !!! that's actually jaw dropping gall.

I'm a libertarian, and frankly, I'm not a fan of Nancy Pelosi. I find her about as charismatic as Temple football was successful against Clemson last night. Her positions are far outside the mainstream, she has a perpetually facial expression, and she's a hypocrite, though too many from both major parties and at the top of the third parties fall into that category. As for me, I save my genuine distaste for Foley, Kennedy, and Kerry. Oh, and we can't forget about former-Congressman Studds, who actually managed to bang a Congressional page.

Grandmother huh? Check this out:Pelosi voted three times to make a convicted page sexual predator,
former Congressman Gerry Studds (D-Mass.), chair of a congressional committee.
In 1990, Pelosi voted against censuring Barney Frank for having his live-in boyfriend
run a prostitution ring from Frank's apartment.
Pelosi raised no objections when Clinton pardoned Democrat Congressman Mel Reynolds (Ill.)
who had been convicted of felonies for having had sex with a 16-year-old campaign worker.
The historic Nancy Pelosi is an authentic representative of San Francisco liberal values and hardly
has the record to lecture anyone on cleaning up the Congress.

I would say on the surface, she appears to be the devil incarnate. For you socialist apostates that means she is pretty evil, or bad, whichever you people think is worse.
Seriously, the woman is a hardcore socialist, and I hate socialism so I view her as being pretty dangerous to Americas freedom.
You do know what happens when a socialist government fails?
It becomes communism, or fascism.
Beware.

I'm not saying she is a demon...but she sure is a dunce. Opps sorry if I wasn't politically correct enough for you. Let me rephrase that. Nancy Palosi is intellectually deprived. Not fit to hold any office she is only hurting the future of America. But heck I could put many politicians in that boat...from both sides. So let granny go home and bake cookies for grand kids. And stop lying to the American people.

I think Jezebel may have also been a grandmother, so I don't know what that has to do with it.
To be fair to Republicans who "demonize" Pelosi, let us agree that she make sit VERY easy to do so.

You don't sound like a Republican.
Nancy is far too Liberal for anywhere save San Francisco. They should keep her there. Moderation is an asset.
Dems need to focus on some new faces that haven't made asses out of themselves. Consider Maria Shriver; if the Dems could get her to run the Republicans would be in trouble.
