Seriously, this is just another 'subconscious' reason that the Republicans are going to lose congressional control in November. Many ppl have forgotten but it is in the back of their minds how Bush started out acting anyone who openly opposed him... as far back as the persecution of the Dixie Chix.

It amazes me how Republicans have simply gone off the deep end. They claim they are 'true' Americans but at the same time condemn and persecute anyone who speaks out against the war or Bush. Freedom of speech is what we are defending... the American way. If they don't like it, I will gladly help them pack up and leave.

In the Constitution of the USA, you have the right to protest, free speech, free religion, etc. but you don't have the right to abuse others, like over doing it. The protest have to be peaceful, free speech can't be to abuse others, etc., etc.. When you talk about occupation are you talking about killing Innocent people, bombing, burning, abusing others, do you consider that protesting, are you a Muslim and you are trying to justified your peoples actions. If you are,, you are wrong.. Is this Air America Radio is pro America or anti American either way is being permitted to work in the USA and that's Democracy if you didn't know. God Bless America.

Were they stopped from protesting? Then it isn't an erosion of free speech. It may in fact be a violation of privacy (which is implied in the constitution not specifically stated) because they kept the records over 90 days. Other then that, I don't see the problem. Is it necessary to protest anonymously for it to be free speech?
