Have you ever chased a garbage truck down the street screaming and waving your arms like a madman or madwoman? And then the garbage men or women look at you like you are screaming in a foreign language. Something got thrown in the trash that was still needed. My question is did the garbage truck stop for you?

They will stop but you can't be allowed to search in the garbage truck.

Naw, I've been chasin all kinds of cars since I was just a pup and none will stop for me... Not that I want them to, I'm just protecting my property and chasing them away...
