Current and future weather conditions

Driver fatigue.
Just a four since thats all you asked but also
Vehicle condition.(The drivers vehicle) ie.. in good Mechanical shape, all safety equipment in operational status.
Is the driver familiar with the current route?
Surrounding area. ie.. if in a neighborhood are there kids out playing? throwing any footballs, baseballs, shooting baskets?
Driver skills ie.. new driver trying to operate a vehicle at night during a downpour during evening rush hour traffic?? Not an enviable task

The 4 items a good driver thinks about are:-
1. wear seat belt first before driving;
2. look right, look left and look back and forward to proceed
driving;
3. look out for signs on the road to say speed limit and to
observe it;
4. use indicator signals when turning right or left, keep to a slow
lane when driving not fast, allow others to overtake your car
by using indicator signals, dim your lights at night when
approaching front opposite cars and always be courteous on
the road.
