As for the lose weight. Don't eat processed food and take exercise regularly.

I was diagnosed 5 years ago with PCOS and unfortunately there is no cure for it and because of the effects it has on hormones it is extremely hard to loose weight. My advice is to stay active as much as you can, eat more veggies, white meat things with a lower fat content. It helps to have a support system behind you so when your tired they get you out and moving... it helps with the pains if you get them.
