I have 1 desktop, 2 Laptops, 2 Printers,and 1 wireless Router
the 2 printers are connected to the dektop which is wired to the router.
one of the laptops work but the other one dosent work.
The Laptop that dosent work is a GATEWAY M675
*the workgroup name is the same
*same wireless network
plz help

Try to unshare the printer and then share it again. You will have to reconfigure them on both laptops, bit it should work.

Make sure that you've loaded the printer software from both printers to the laptop. Then make sure that they are both set to share at the desktop. Then make certain that you have set the proper printer as the "Default " printer in "Printers and Faxes" in the control panel of the laptop.

check your IP address on both laptops, and make sure they arent the same. then make sure that your laptop has a DIRECT network connection with the ROUTER, not the desktop. then make sure that while printing you choose the desired printer when in the print menu. hope you solve your problem!

Maybe it's a permissions issue with your network.
