you need to use this speaker as long because it may take a seat without hitting the door panel. the 1st element you're able to do isn't decrease any sheet steel on the door what so ever. everybody who does this way of replace has no clue to what they're doing. there is honestly no reason to accomplish that. you may the two have an adaptor made on your motor vehicle to accomidate the oval speaker to slot in the around speaker area, or make that adaptor your self. you will need some MDF timber to do this.

The devices called equalizers were designed for that. There is a resonance between your door and some frequency in the music. That means that your door absorbate all the energy of the music at this frequency. A well tuned equalizer will filtrate this frequency from the music and solve your problem. You may be able to set your equalizer by yourself with trials and errors, go one frequency range at a time letting all the other to zero.

Turn down the music - Or you could install Dynamat and make sure all speakers are fully enclosed. You just can't hang speakers anywhere you want in a good audio system.

There's a product called Dynamat. It's an adhesive sound dampening material (kinda like a big form sticker). Their slogan used to be "Makes your doors go 'chunk'". Works great - really kills the vibration from killer bass and makes the inside sound a lot better too! Keep it Smooove!

it is most probably due to the vibration of the metal inside the door panel. you can try doing sound proofing your car door. try asking your car accessories shop for the sound proof stuff.

Speakers are fireing sound to the inside! Sound out side is not important. To make everyone around you mad play what you like to listen to with your speakers placed out side your truck.
Personally I might not like your music? Please sound off only for your ears. Leave me out of your noise next to you at the light.

Try rolling down your windows and then listening from the outside. Other then that, it could just be poor speaker quality.

I wouldn't worry about the sound "outside". If you can fade the sound to the back a little more...?
