Okay, your question is a tough one, there always reliable sites to get the cosplay jacket, but if u live in new york ask around for cosplayers and maybe you can get it from them. there is always going to japan but i dont think you can do that. if anyway, you think that u CAN buy the jacket, go to BizRate.com or TRY myimport store(I got a Cloud jacket from there). You can even make your own with a black TEE but that takes a lot of hard work and you should use that as alast resort.
