Hey there, I had 2 wisdom teeth removed not too long ago, and let me tell you, that pain is unbearable, it kept me up at night. I had to go to walmart at 2am and get ambesol (I think that is how you spell it) but it didn't last very long. I finally had to break down and call the dentist and get them removed, and i'm so glad I did, the pain went right away within 24 hours. I highly recommend you doing that before the pain gets any worse. Good luck!

In Southern Utah there is a free clinic that does free medical. Everything is donated. The doctors and the staff donate their time and expertize. If and when a person has money then that person can donate when it is appropriate, but it is not required. So there will be no debt collectors to worry about, just your conscious if you have money (or sometime later get some money) but don't pay for it. There is no taxing or government involvement. So it is a little bit like Patch Adams if you saw the movie. They will extract a tooth for free of charge. Perhaps there is something like this where you live. Also you might look for a Dental school in your area. On another note, anything that is anti-microbial is probably beneficial. For a few dollars you can go to Walgreen's or most any drug/grocery stores and pick up a local anesthetic for your tooth. It deadens the pain and costs about as much as aspirin. It comes in a little tube. Additionally, pure lemon juice might help. Also, garlic is good though perhaps a bit stinky, it is a natural antibiotic (it was used in England during World II when they ran out of antibiotics). Mouth wash in moderation, or hydrogen peroxide can help clean an infected mouth area, from time to time. Bitter herbs can help neutralize bacteria as well, as a mouth wash. Additionally you may want to get a blessing from Mormon Missionaries. Like the ancient apostles they are taught to bless others in addition to their proselyting duties. This can instantly calm anxiety and give great hope, coming as it does from the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ. Membership is not required and they do make house-calls, and payment will never be allowed. So it is completely freely given.

Rinse with warn salt water 3-4 times a day, since sometimes the pain is due to the teeth erupt and cause gum swelling.

Put Ice where your thumb meets your hand. This is an old acupuncture remedy. TRy it, it will work.
Also try Anbesol, clove oil, candle wax, cotton gauze soaked in salty water.
