How do I get my computer to open attachments? The ones that I was able to open before are not opening anymore. Can someone help me out over here please.

Sorry I'm not very computer literate, ok attachments that are sent to me online. See the thing is that this just started happening, before I had no problem opening them. You know when you try to open something and it asks you if you want to download, I click yes and then it looks like it's trying to open it but it never does and where it usually says what file it's opening now it doesn't say anything.

It is possable that you don't hae the correct program to open the file.

What attachments are you trying to open and how are you trying to open them?

lf you opened them did you also save them? There in lyes your question and problem..
