Life is too hard? Yes it is, but believe me, it could be alot harder.
You've been out of work for 11 months? I've known people who have been out of work for years and they manage.Your house is in foreclosure? Go get the apartment of your dreams! No one loves you anymore? How about loving yourself. It's not such a foriegn concept.Your ugly and damaged goods(your words)? Ugly is relative and damaged possesses it's own charm too. What good are you to this world? Well, you've given me something to do just by answering this question.Again, how about being good to yourself and screw the rest of the world for now?It hurts so much? It has to hurt in order for a person to appreciate the things that make them happy. You can barely type because you can't stop crying? So what's wrong with crying if you need to? Why does god make you suffer? Because you believe in such a being instead of taking control of your own life. Many well intentioned, naive people would have you put your faith in god or religion at a time when you are vulnerable like this, but the truth is that you have far more to offer yourself than any institution of hypocrisy and greed does.
Your a good person? I'm sure you are, so don't blow it by doing something stupid. You help people? keep doing it and you may find someone who can help you right now.You have a good heart? Hate to sound like a broken record, but your heart needs to be good to you for a change. You want to stop hurting? You will, but first you have to put yourself in your rightful place in your universe-GOD! You are your own God and you can make things better.I don't know you, but I have known alot of people who had serious problems and they turned out to be a hell of alot bigger than the problems they had.Right now, as in as soon as you are finished reading this, do something that makes you happy-ANYTHING! Eat, watch T.V. Journal, Sing-whatever.Just don't hurt yourself or anyone else.I'll be watching this board for you.:)

Sometimes, when I get down, reading a few good quotes helps me put things in perspective and gives me that little inspiration and encouragement that we all need from time to time. Here are some of my favorites. Hope one hits home with you and can help you see some hope and light.
I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. ~Mother Teresa
When the Japanese mend broken objects, they aggrandize the damage by filling the cracks with gold. They believe that when something's suffered damage and has a history it becomes more beautiful. ~Barbara Bloom
Fall seven times, stand up eight. ~Japanese Proverb
Become a possibilitarian. No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities - always see them, for they're always there. ~Norman Vincent Peale
If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it. ~Mary Engelbreit
The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes. ~William James
When it is dark enough, you can see the stars. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
What counts is not necessarily the size of the dog in the fight - it's the size of the fight in the dog. ~Dwight Eisenhower, address to Republican National Committee, 31 January 1958
Mishaps are like knives, that either serve us or cut us, as we grasp them by the blade or the handle. ~James Russell Lowell, "Cambridge Thirty Years Ago," Literary Essays
A bend in the road is not the end of the road... unless you fail to make the turn. ~Author Unknown
When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn. ~Harriet Beecher Stowe
Hang in there. Even though you may not know it or see it, there are people who care about you and would be devastated to know you are feeling the way you are and not reaching out to them.

I am sorry but God did not do this to you. You did it and it was in your destiny. What you do with all this heartache is up to you. You can get up, brush yourself off and move on or live in pity. If you have a good heart and are basically a good person you can move away from all this and start a new life. It is never too late.
Here are my suggestions:
Let them foreclose or find a buyer right way. The paper if full of investors who pick up properties in foreclosure.
Go to a temp service and use your talents. They are always looking for part-time or temporary work. It will help you off your feet.
Next go to a women center (if your a woman) and ask for help. A family resource center can help too. You can get a list of all the non-profits in your area from the local Chamber of Commerce.
Go get help.
If you need food go to the churches they have free meal programs and bags of groceries.
You need a place to live. Try mobile homes as the rent is cheaper. Try rooming houses, alcohol programs (they can offer temp housing), try rooming with others (look in the paper).
Set this up now as if the home forecloses they lock you out.
Don't tell me know one loves you anymore. You need to love yourself first. I suggest you get in front of the mirror and beg yourself for forgiveness and tell your self you are worthy and that you love yourself. You need to get back your self esteem.
Start right now. right now and don't wait. Make a list of what you can do to improve your situation. Write as many things that come to mind as your can, brainstorm. Then take several each day and do them. You will see some slow progress. Don't be afraid to ask for help, just do it.
Now as far as leaving this earth. Don't even thing about it. God put you hear to learn valuable lessons to be a better spirit. If you bale out you not only do not learn you go to a dark black holding tank where everone is suffering and then you get reborn to learn again (may be worse next time around). If you dont believe this you need to read. Start now.
Read Sylvia Brownes books like : The Other side and Back.
This will give you a different perspective on life. We all have a distiny and you can make yours what you will. God wants us to learn lessons and make our SPIRITS stronger. Go to church, pray, and make everyday better. You are Worth it.

Stop...........you'll get through this. Sometimes it takes more courage to live than to die. This is one of those times for you. Be brave. I promise you, you are not the only person to have felt like this. Survive this and the day will come when you stop crying.
It's those with a good heart that take things the hardest. We wouldn't dream of purposely harming anyone, so we are so very upset when wrong is done to us. We feel disbelief, "how could they do this to us?" because such cruelty is foreign to our nature. God gave you a sensitive soul. You feel deeply. You suffer deeply. But, someday you will feel hope and joy again.
You need to talk with someone who can help you. It's good that you asked for help on Answers, but you need more than a word of advice or encouragement from here. Look in the phone book for a crisis help-line, suicide intervention, etc. See a doctor, talk to someone you trust, ANYTHING.
I'll say a prayer for you.

life is a pain, but where there is life there is hope,
without life , there is only the darkness and silence of a grave.
go on, help others, even if you can't make things better for yourself you can make a difference to some else( and if nothing else it may help you take your mind of the situation.)
a boy was seen running along a beach picking up starfishes and throwing them back into the sea as the tide was going down.
a man stopped the boy and asked" why are you doing this??
there are so many starfishes that you can't possibly make a difference."
the boy replied"at lease it made a difference to that starfish."
by making a difference to someone else's life may make a difference in your's. press on and fight the good fight. there is always hope and even if no one else does, God loves you(even if sometimes he has a really weird way to show it)
God bless,
gabe

Life is worth living. I have been out of work for a year. It sucks but giving up is never the answer. Material things make life better but you can always obtain them. I do not know you but I will pray for you. I hope you dump everything and go see the world.

You know....I have been in that same situation. I felt like no one knew how much pain I was experiencing. I thought I wasn't going anywhere with my life and thought of myself as a failure. It hurts really bad. But, hang in there. I prayed and ask the lord for help....and ever since then, he has helped me through these trials and tribulations. Sometimes, we have to go through hard times to get to the next level which is out of darkness and trouble. Believe me, the lord hears you and sees your suffering. You have got to pray and hang in there. Don't just give up. I will pray for you as well....

Call any local hospital and tell them exactly what you told us. The fact that you wrote this as a question instead of a statement, and you can still find positive attributes in yourself is reassuring.
Adding on.... I don't mean to be cold about such a serious subject, but I noticed that you replied to another question in a rather witty fashion just 13 min. ago. Hmmmmmm?

I think i felt that way a couple of times but really you just feel like quiting and God did not make quitters you know what helps me listening and watching to the young preacher named Joel Osteen he is the pastor at Houston Texas at Lake Wood Church he has books out and I know that what that man says about how God feels about us is true and really helps me feel better about myself and the problems I face because we all have problems I guess it is how we look at it. God lets us go through problems to get stronger and make us realize that we need him. I feel like we are going through an educational course in this life and graduation is when we pas away but what did we do during our education did we do good or bad and Joel Osteen says in his book that we should be grateful everyday and confident that God has something in store for us that is better and we just need to go out and get it declaring favor in to our lives and I declare favor in to your life so please when u read this declare favor in to you own life , favor towards ur new boss or new home or friends or people that God is going to put in ur path to help get u where u need to be U need to see ur life already in success before you get there so start picturing success and favor in to your life and you'll see how everything will change
