The biggest lesson that Kim Jong Il has learned from America's invasion of Iraq (and don't forget - we were the aggessor in this case, 9/11 had nothing to do with Saddam) is that without nukes, every tin-pot dictator that the Neocons don't like is "fair game". North Korea is just reacting in exactly the way anyone else would when confronted with a violent and motivated enemy - they armed themselves.

We have every right to be "up in arms" about N. Korea. They are an enemy nation with a psychotic leader. Don't be surprised if the Japanese and perhaps even the S.
