Does anyone know of any good international poetry contests that I can enter online that are not scams and have no entry costs?

To find out if they're reliable, and excellent resource is the website Preditors and Editors-- they are a good jumping off point to start your quest! They not only have a section for contests, but also cover just about every writing subject (agents, publishers, conventions, etc):

And please stay away from poetry.com! They are a complete scam!
