i would say first to hold a cold, damp washcloth over it and just let it sit on there for a few hours. It could just be irritated.I have that occasionally and it goes away after the compress.
If there is any discharge from the eye, go to the doctor! Do not mess around with infections!!

red, itchy, watery, eyes producing more eye gunk than normal, increase in eye crustys. Pink eye is nothing more than a eye cold or conjunctivitis. There is not much you can do at home to cure one. Most of the time you will just have to go to the doctor. If you get them so often ask your doctor to order refills of your drops so you can always have them around when needed to avoid going to the office, or try just calling your doc or their nurse and ask the doctor to call you in drops.

Go to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist they can tell you what to do. First try using Visine to see if that clears up your eyes.

Go and see the ophthalmologist!He/she will be the best person to advise on the type of treatment you need.Don't screw around with your eyes! They are your windows to the world.
