I have this pain around my right nipple started from yesterday morning. I can feel there is like a cystic inside. Is it possible any thing I ate or drank? cuz before yesterday, I never notice any cystic in it.

By the way, I just had my period in middle of Sept. And I started drinking coffee every morning for about 3 weeks now which I had never done that before, is this maybe one of reasons??

Most likely it's fibrocystic changes to the tissue, but you need a doctor's exam (and probably an ultrasound) to be sure.

You should go see your doctor. Coffee does affect breast tenderness. but it is best to have an exam

go to the doctor go go go you do not want to let things with youre breast go long when something is wrong

well, it may be nothing or something. you need to go to the doctor where they can figure it out.
