THis one is a little lop-sided in favor of DC. You have two tactitions and two cosmic powers so far a "Fair Fight"... but then you put a speedster (and the fastest speedster in existance) on one team and an agile powerhouse on the other.

Like a previous answerer said Batman would counter balance Captain America and Surfer would even out with Lantern.... So it does all come down to Spidy and Flash. If they fought one on one Flash wins, hands down.

But this is a three on three. SO.... Both teams would probally pull a "Bait and Switch Tactic". Cap starts off against Batman, Spider-Man takes Flash and Silver Surfer gets Green Lantern. Moments into the fight Batman signals Lantern to hit Spidy, and Flash to take out the Surfer. Almost at the same time Cap signals a plan of his own where Spider-man fights Batman, Surfer sticks with Lantern and Captain American faces the Flash.
Surfer and Lantern can go either way and ultimately fight untill someone runs out of stamina. Winner: niether, it is a wash.
Batman, despite being the better fighter, loses to Spider-man. Because Spider-man has much, much faster reflexes and strength he doesn't need to be a better combatant. H can dodge the Dark Knight and eventually lands a hard shot on him: The Winner: Spider-man.
And Finnaly Cap verses Flash. Flash is faster but Captain America is tougher. Plus as the Flash is zipping around him, Cap cracks him in the face with his sheild. Flash would instantly begin vibrating to phase through it but since it is made of Vibranium (which absorbs vibrations and impact) he smashes right into it. Imagine hitting a brick wall at the speed of sound. Winner: Captain America.

So Due to the ages old tactic of "bait and switch" (aka not fighting your counter part) Marvel wins the day.

In this comic book battle, I would say that Marvel's Spider-man, Silver Surfer, and Captain America would most definitely win this comic book battle against DC's Green Lantern, Batman, and The Flash.

Thoough I do liek some of the stuff above me, I cannot say Marvel would Win.

1. Batman/Cap - yeah they are evenly matched, they are tactically matched, though differenet styles of tactic, Batman is still mroe then willing to fight dirty if need be.

2. Batman/Spidey - Spidey has all the powers oif a spider, sure, but haveing all of the power in the world but no ability to use it can cause a problem. yeah Spidey has been doing this since he was 15, But Batman has been doing it longer, and really Batman has taken down superpowers before and someone of them toughter, meaner and smarter then spider man.

3. Surfer/Gl - Push. I think GL would be able to last longer as his powers are not just Fly/Shoot, there is more to being a GL then that

4. Flash vs.Cap or Spidey - Well you possibly heard what happened to Superboy Prime, right?

Really I think in the 3 issue arc that this would be, you would find that int he middle of the second issue the Heros would realize something was up and go afte teh real problem...Joker, Red Skull, Sinestro, Green Goblin and Zoom...

The Marvel characters will win.
Silver Surfer will wear out Green Lantern's ring power.
Spiderman can use his webbing to make Flash stationary.
Captain America is faster, stronger, more experienced fighter than Batman.

DC's got this one in the bag-Green Lantern could just capture Captain America and Spiderman with his ring, and then Spiderman is no match for some of the Batman's tools and then Flash's speed can round them all up in a speed.

DC Wins this one. Batman & Captain America are a push individually and their field tactics counteract each other's presence. Silver Surfer & Green Lantern are too close to call. That leaves the fastest man alive vs SpiderMan, and Spidey's danger sense can't tingle fast enough to keep him competitive vs the Flash. By the time he realizes there's danger, he's KO'd.
