Just chill, there is a similar question on this topic that I just finished answering. You maybe athletic which maybe a reason for not getting it, another reason could be that your body is still not doing the monthly cycles, and another is sometimes you can skip a month. It also may be light, andother months heavy it's just the way our bodies our. So plz stop worrying you don't have cancer. I never heard about that cancer thing your talking about myself, so I don't think it's true. Maybe you should consider the source you got that from.

Sweetie, the actual date your period arrives will vary month to month. It's not an exact science, it won't come on that exact day every single month. Mine can vary as much as a week. But just missing a period doesn't mean you have cancer, sweetie. You're young, probably haven't even had your period for very long, and for the first few years its very normal for it to be very irregular, which means you may very well skip a month here and there. Nothing to worry about. You only need to worry if you skip 2 and 3 or more. Don't worry. Cramping is a very sign it's on it's way.

Tell your mom and have her take you to the doctor. It's probably nothing but you shouldn't be taking medical advice from people in a public forum. Most are not qualified to answer medical questions.
