I am trying to get a breast reduction my doctor charged my insuarance company which approved me. Now he's telling that if I want a plain reduction I don't have to pay but if I want a lift I have to pay more money out of my pocket. Does a breast reduction include a lift?

No, it doesn't come with a lift. A lift requires a different procedure from just removing the excess tissue. He should give you something of a "discount" since he's already got you under and opened up and stuff. Good luck.
