im getting these cramps "down there". i've never had sex and i havent started my period. what does this mean?

Well, you're most likely about ready to start your period! welcome to womenhood! You can take over the counter medication like ibuprofen. Also, some women prefer a heating pad. Good luck!

Get an empty drink bottle and fill it with hotwater and put on your tummy or where u hurt.
This could be just PMS.....rub some olive oil on your belly.
