The only instance I have heard of these symptoms is a condition called POCD (post ovarion cystic disorder). I don't know that much about it but you may want to look it up and/or talk to your doctor.

Having a very heavy period could be a sign of anemia, which means you might need to add some extra iron to your diet. You could try taking iron pills, but it is best that you see your doctor first. Good Luck to you and I hope you feel better!!!

you need to go see a doctor as soon as you can I'm not kidding you could have a serious problem

its possiable u have a urinary track infection, they can be very painfull and bleeding is a sign, yes it does effect your lower back.
