Go there and do this thing. It's fairly accurate. When my husband and I wanted to try for our now second baby (he's 6 now), I used this and we had sex the days it told me I'd be ovulating. Worked like a charm. But, um, honey, if you don't want to get pregnant, use protection. Condoms are cheap.

14 days before the first day of your period you will ovulate, and you are most fertile during the "4 day window" - 2 days before ovulation until 2 days after.

But if you're relying on that as your only form of contraception, you really need to think more carefully about it. This is a highly unreliable method, and doesn't give you any protection against sexually transmitted diseases, and also increases your risk of cervical cancer.
