Any fantasy is OK, so long as it stays fantasy. Honestly, I'd be more worried if a guy were having this fantasy...
Your fantasies represent the many, many different ideas that flow through your mind, many of which you aren't aware of.
Many people find the concept of losing control to be erotic. As you grow emotionally and physically, you may find this to be true about yourself. When you're ready (and a bit older - enjoy being a kid a bit longer, 'cause you never get a second chance), find yourself a safe fetish club and try out being on the receving end of some concensual S&M - it may be the thing for you.

This probably isn't normal. But I used to have the same fantasies. I used to dream about it all the time and I have no idea why. I don't remember exactly when the fantasies stopped...but I definitely don't fantasize about it anymore because I've just dealt with too many people being raped.

Hmm... are these dreams pleasant or scary? I am not sure WHAT I think about that. You aren't doing anything WRONG, I know that for sure. Many people find they enjoy really unusual things when it comes to sex. But I would be worried about there maybe being some underlying reason, such as abuse you have blocked out, or something like that. Maybe you could try to talk to a school counselor, or some adult (other than your parents) that you trust.

I would find a therapist if nothing else. At such a young age, I don't think it's healthy for you to think about those things. Depending on what part of 'rape' type scenarios turns you on, you can find something paralell to it, but less harmful, that way, you can have your fantasy in a health way.
Example, if you like being over powered, picture yourself taking commands or being controlled. If you like not being able to say no to something, picture yourself with someone while you are handcuffed or gagged.

At your age dreams like that can happen. But trying to put yourself into a situation where it could happen is very dangerous. While dreams can equate to our inner fears or hopes don't let them rule your life. Your hormones are very active right now and that is the main cause of the dreams. Be careful and always be safe.

How are you "about 14"? LOL.
Anyway, I sure hope you haven't been raped as a young child and it's coming back to you in a dream.
That's what happened to someone I know anyway.

Speaking psychologically, Dream is a process in which your brain is trying to delete the stuff that you have seen in the past or done in the past. You probably seen it on tv and was very aware of the situation that happen to others. Or maybe it actually happen to you and you probably need counseling.

LOTS of girls/women have that fantasy. But, it's one that you really don't want to LIVE through.
It doesn't have to have happened to you in real life, just THINKING about it can make you dream it. The problem with rape dreams is that we can have whoever we want, doing it in the dream. But, in real life, it's very UNsavory people who do it.

Its probably OK.
Actual rape is not soething you would or should want though.
Maybe find out why you are having them. Talk to a good therapist maybe.
Maybe do some research also.
