at your age, you should not have hemmorhoids at all, are you overweight? Or perhaps your stools are too hard because you don't drink enough water?
Suggest you try doing that, because hemmorhoids aren't "curable", they happen as a result of other things that can be changed. Like weight loss, drinking lots of water, like at least two liters a day, like eating more fiber filled foods, like regular exercise.

Really bad ones can be taken care of surgically, but that doesn't mean that they'll stay gone. It is, unfortunately, something u will have to live with. Try topical ointments and pads made to treat this condition.
