What if miss a day? How can I go by with out overdose?

If you miss one day then take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it was yesterday's dose you missed, take that dose and today's dose together. It's not overdosing at all. If you miss 2 doses though, then you're not protected.

you really should read the instructions that come with the pills, as it explains this question and more.
in general, if you miss a day you should be fine as long as you take the pill as soon as you remember. miss two or more days and you'll need a backup, like a condom.
don't worry about overdose for only one or two pills. if you have more concerns, ask your doc or the pharmacist.

If they are used properly they will be effective and if you miss a day just continue taking it normally and don't overdose.

if you take them everyday at the same time they are really effective. there was a time where i dropped the pill in the sink and i started my period a day early. also if you miss taking it, then take it as soon as you think of it. i set my phone alarm so i remember when i am supposed to take them.
