About 2 years ago, he asked me to be his girlfriend, but i said didnt say anything, and now, i dont know if he still feels the same way.UGH, I TOTALLY REGRET NOT SAYING ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell him how you feel. That way he can tell you if he feels the same way or not. And if he doesnt, then I am sorry but you will just have to get over it. But hey, there is always a chance that he feels the same way!!

Being shy sucks, I used to be that way. The thing is, if you keep it all to yourself, you'll keep suffering for many more years. He'll never know that you like him if you don't let him know or hint about it to him somehow. Let him know, and watch for signs how he feels about you. If he is interested you are in for some fantastic time with him. If he's not interested at least you will know and will stop suffering over him. Even in the worst case scenario, it's not that bad, trust me. Or else - you will be like this for another 3 years and in the mean time he, not even knowing about you, might find some other girl.

Just let him know, of just give him signs and if nothing happens then just be freinds. whatever helps helps.
