OK its gonna be our fourth annivasary i have no idea what to get him. i want something hat he is never gonna forget i need ideas lots of ideas please 10 points to the best idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, so I am going to incorporate a few of the other answers, just because that is kind of how it ends up being. First things first, buy a nice little "outfit," (for yourself as well as him) make sure you hide this where he will not find it! Take him out to his favorite restaurant, maybe see a movie that he REALLY wants to see, then when you get home, turn down the lights, light some candles, you know get the "mood." Then slip into the bathroom, (where you hid the outfit b4 you left the house) and supprise him. Get something that shows off what he likes best about you, AND something that you are comfortable in (if you aren't comfy, it will show.) Then let nature take its course :)

I have a lot of idea's some maybe silly but I will do my best, and let me say congrats!!!!!!!

well first of all I always found that alot of little gifts placed into a basket would put a smile on his face, of course the gifts have to be the expensive or non expensive things he wants and loves

or you can plan a really romantic evening and even rent a cottage up north or really ellegant room, have to have a fire place!, place rose peddals all over the room, no man is to manly for this, have some chocolates and champagne cold and ready, you have to wear something either seductive or sexy for him, no woman is old or mature for this!, play alittle romantic music, be extra flirty and say things you would of said years ago but things that would wow him make him feel like he was the mpst amazing man on earth, even if he already is, just feed into his ego it always works. then ask him to dance and laugh giggle be young again, and THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IF YOUR ARE TRULY STILL IN LOVE AND YOU WANT THIS TO ALWAYS REMEMBERABLE YOU MIGHT EVEN HAVE BUT KEEP IN MIND FOR THE BOTH OF YOU, look into his eyes maybe go to the balcony or sit close in front of the fireplace and tell him "even after all these years, I can still look into your eyes and fall in love with you all over again!, then i know this is crazy but ask him to remarry you, or to forever take you and maybe even go alittle crazier and make sweet passionate love to him, and try a few things maybe you never did!,

or you be somewhere in your home or on the beach or somewhere special blind fold him if he will let you, and tell him to only open his eyes when you say, and put your wedding dress on, or a new white sexy slinky yet ellegant dress on and have your hair in a new sexy seductive way and ask him to dance and share with him all you have inside to say to him that you normally would not say!,

Or this is deffectly something I would do, and the first thing I said I did already except the marry part I am stil enggaged,
but maybe supprise him with a cruise if you never been or if you have the time, that are really not that costly and the alskan cruise is to amazing!.

Or his an old car buff, buy him something really special like an old car or maybe if he looks up to someone get a signed photo and letter for him and then take him to spend that kind of day.....

or find something he has alot of passion in, and go all the way in that field for him,.
I have much more but do not want to take up any more space others might have lots of better ideas,.

It's hard to give suggestions for a gift for someone I don't know. You have to think about what he likes, hobbies, interests, etc. I gave my husband a rose bush one year. He was able to enjoy it for many years until we moved. This past year I gave him a framed print of some British Naval Ships from the Patrick O'Brien series. It hangs in his home office and he shows it off to everyone that comes over. He is a big fan of British Naval History.

guys love "toys"---electronic, etc.... But, if it were me, I would wine and dine him ALL NIGHT LONG. Take him out for a great meal, maybe a concert or a local event. be engaging, spontaneous, fun. Dress sexy. Dote on him all night long. Tell him how hot he is, how attracted to him you are and what you are going to do to him when you get home. Then, when you are alone, play some music by Joe on your I-pod system (Somebody Gotta Be On Top is a good one) and make love in every position.

my advise would be a palm pilot he'd use it every day remember appointments easier and wont forget your dates something he wont forget and use allot.
