How do you know when your truely in love with someone and its not just lust or something else? Also how long do you think it takes to fall in love?

When you miss someone and want to be with them so badly it hurts, and you can't stand the pain....it must be love. When you're willing to do what ever it takes to keep them happy, even having to make sacrifises for them..it must be love. When you're willing to forgive them unconditionally, no matter how much they have hurt you....it must be love. When you're so very willing to lay down your life for them, without hesitation or question...it must be love.

It's true love when you care more about what the other person wants and needs rather than about what you could get out of any possible relationship. Also when you relate on a lot of levels. Also when your spiritual love is equal to your sexual attraction.
From personal experience love does not have to take any time at all to demonstrate itself - the best kind is at sight.

YOU KNOW ITS LOVE WHEN YOU CANT STOP THINKIN OF THAT PERSON AND YOU WANNA BE WITH THE PERSON ALL THE TIME. SOMETIMES LOVE COMES AT YOU FAST. LUST USUALLY GOES AWAY AFTER SPENDING 3 OR 4 DAYS WITH THE PERSON AND YOU START TO SEE THINGS YOU DONT LIKE, OR YOU DONT THINK OF THEM AS MUCH AS YOU DID AT FIRST, YOULL KNOW WHEN IT IS LOVE...

its the person you love to hate the most. the reason is you are so affrad of the feelings in side you you try to fight them off. we tend not to let yours get that close so when its love you will let down your guard and let them in.
