That's an easy question..... I would tell them all about how health insurance works.... and the #1 thing would be:
READ YOUR POLICY.

Yikes, it's amazing how much some people trust their health insurance without even bothering to read what it says. Then they call and holler at the person who handles their claims, because "nobody told them" they had a deductible, etc. Do they expect us to call each person on the phone and read the whole policy out loud to them, or what? Jeeeezzzz.....
