mad at yourself no. that will only propell the feelings and cause you to eat more. i read a dr phil book though and if youre feeling mad at yourself for overeating thats probably normal. its not healthy however.
If you would like to lose weight it takes a lot of self control. But once you accomplish small daily dietary goals, you will be feeling proud of yourself, although another binge may make you feel mad or disappointed again.
Create realistic milestones to help you get to where you want your weight to be. Your weight is no one elses doing, but your own, so you are accepting responsibility. But it shouldnt be disappointment or anger, turn those negative feelings into more positive ones like determination and will power. These are more empowering emotions and they will get you further because they are more constructive then being mad at yourself.
remember you are beautiful inside and out, now go make that body your temple girl!

No. you should only be mad at yourself for being unhappy and doing nothing to change that. If you think you're fat...do something to change it instead of complaining!

Nope, be proud of who you are. If you're unhappy then push yourself to try to change what you don't like. Everybody is different. Love and respect yourself.
