If you are a top executive, it becomes necessary otherwise things may mesh up and affect your decisions. If you keep everyone waiting it is not just because some people are of worth immediate attention. All such directions need utmost care and approval. One cannot stick to one direction. The main thing is adjustment between our duties, our job and etiquette. I presume you are a Top Exeuctive and that is why you asked this question.

fashionably late? 7-10 minutes.
really late?15-20 minutes
so late you better bring flowers and a poem? anything over an hour.
A little late is ok. Sometimes, if you are the last to arrive, everyone can see you coming with your new threads. It can make a girl feel like a million bucks to have all eyes on her. But never more than fashionably late, then I better have a good reason.

I hate to keep people waiting thats why I devout my life to the art of defining aall things and anything once you know the ALL from the ANY you get at least the opportunity to learn what true faith means. All of your hopes coming true because you believe in what you can not see

Nope, when someone is waiting on me, I get nervous and feel rushed. I don't like to be kept waiting so I don't like making people wait. However, my boss makes people wait, he will clip his nails or read the paper, he thinks it will cause the other to have more respect, feeling they should be honored to have been granted his valuable time.

No. I like to be prompt and punctual at all times no matter what because making people wait for your own amusement is unfair and selfish.
