Is Delaware and Connecticut reciprocating states? If so, they'll catch up with you eventually! If you moved during the time of the ticket, more than likely Delaware wasn't able to get the information as Connecticut probably had entered it in their computers. Nevertheless, it will find you when you least expect it and probably be a thorn in your side. Might do the right thing and take care of your obligations willfully! Society looks up to folks with responsibility and down on those without!

Well if you didn't pay the ticket in that town then you would have warrant out for your arrest but on other side I wouldn't worry if you moved out state cause it wouldn't show up unless it was a felony. 2 points to your license.
