i live in a full house, no joke. k, i wake up go to work, go home, clean, yell at all the little kids cuz they dont like to listen, not to mention, the person i live with is always nagging and saying im lazy and dont do anything and i just give the look, r u f****** kiding me, i dont talk back because she is all i got, if i turn my back on her i have no way to start my life, she is like my mickey, ya know, minnie is nothing without mickey, but i do know if i dont find out how to stay calm, ima go insane. some one please help me.

Finding a spot once a day at a park, a mall, up a tree, anywhere for at least 30 minutes will help. Nagging usually has bits of truth that should be addressed. The person you live with needs some help, maybe they aren't asking the way you want to hear it, but it's obvious that person could use the same quiet time you want. Give that person 30 minutes a day while you watch the rugrats, then take yours. You'll find sanity creeping back to both of you. l

I dont think anyone has ever found the perfect way of staying sane, but try something relaxing, go somewhere and get a massage or something like that. Just get out when u feel overstressed, do something relaxing otherwise you will get high blood pressure and such, dont want that.

Try as much as possible, to set aside some free time for yourself everyday. Even if it's just 15 minutes, and alone.

try to get a job taking care of a hotel in the off season in the mountains somewhere. it's a good way to get away from it all, connect with your family and get to know yourself. remember all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.
