what excercises help to get bigger biceps. All I have are dumbbells and their only 10 lbs. each. i've been doing curls but my muscle is not getting bigger.

you need to do the compound exercises (ie the ones that use several groups of muscles together as opposed to ones that only work an isolated group of muscles as curls do) to stimulate growth of your whole body - Squats, bench and shoulder press, bent over rows. You also need to push yourself to your limit with heavy sets of 6-12 reps. Waving around a 10 lb dumbbell for 100 reps won't do you any good. Curls are OK too as a secondary exercise, but you need to push your limits there too, 2 to 3 sets of 6-12 reps, and you should be lifting a weight that pushes you to the limit.
