Clam Chowder, and if it's a choice between Manhattan and New England, I'd have to go with the New England.
I make one that doesn't know whether it's clam chowder or corn chowder.
It's so yummy! The man of the house and I took a long time to make up this recipe, but we'll always be fine tuning it, I think. I can't wait for the cool weather, so we can make it again.

I just had minestrone today at a Macaroni Grill. Tasty, but I think clam chowder (New England style) is still my favorite. I couldn't get enough of it in Maine this summer.
I do love oyster stew too and lobster bisque.
