what do you do if you have a sister who has a baby's father that:::: abuses her physically emotionally, threatens her and for 9 yrs lives a shady drug dealing lifestyle, has forged court papers for custody, who is in trouble with the IRS and who uses the kids against her, who lies and manipulates her because thats fun to him? how would you handle this situation because the law may not help and it could put her life at risk- and also the kids? can anyone bring forth suggestions? does this sound familiar to anyone? if you can give me some advice, thanks so much. my sister is in a bad way.

she's moved out finally and i advised a laywer because he's taking money from for child support without the courts knowledge. he plays major head games and she is afraid of his violence and the drug dealing and what it could mean if she were to get help- like reprucussions, but thanks for the input so far- and more.

Get her away from him NOW, your sister and her kids' lives are at risk. Take her to a woman's shelter if you have to, they'll protect them there and help her figure out exactly what she needs to do to get away from this crazy guy. He sounds like a live wire just waiting to go off and how terrible would people feel if it was one of the kids who had to pay for it? Any way you can get her out of there and somewhere he can't find them until this is sorted out, I would call a battered woman's shelter and at least ask for tips, tell them everything you wrote here and see what they suggest. You have to at least try to contact the police and if they do not do anything go down court system in your state. Trying contacting the state mayor. Try to do all you can but you need to pray for your sister safety. I know that you may not object to what I saying you need God in situation like this. Praaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

personally, I'd shoot the mother ******. The system will not help, or usually says "it cant do anything" until its too late. you might want to try taking a risk (only if extremelly necesary) , but have some big dudes (hopefully you know a few) get him busted by exposing his shady deals, or even planting evidence.

File for a restraining order where he can not come near hear and the kids. she needs a safe place to stay. You can call the police and they will bring charges about if they see marks on her and if you witness the abuse. Good luck
